Greetings Parents!

Here we are for another year in Room 513!

Please be looking for student planners and Take-Home Folders (THF) including Home Practice and/or important school information.

Ok! Where to start? Hmmm... On the tip of my tongue and since I've always got about 200 projects going on at the same time...here's what's at the front of my mind at the moment!

4th Grade!

Indian River Lagoon field trip @ the end of September! Be looking for the Field Trip forms in the THF. If you are able to print, I have included those forms under the THINGS YOU NEED tab above.

Open House is right around the corner and I will have a bunch of things for you including Log-In information for your child to practice at home.

Most of the kids are logging into these game/practice sites almost independently, with only a few reminders. :)

So, that being said, please encourage them to do as much as they can without getting too frustrated! Sometimes an extra 15-30 minutes here and there can really make a difference!

Coming soon, I will be attaching all posts with a QRC Code so that you can scan and go with your phones/tablets, etc. and still get the newest, latest, and greatest information about what's going on in our class!

Finally, for now anyway, if your child is having considerable trouble with the home learning practice that I am assigning in the planner, please let me know so we can work something out. I'm here to help you in whatever ways possible, so feel free to contact me should you feel the need to.

Stay tuned for pictures and videos of some of our first-full week work and getting into the swing of our classroom routines! As usual, I have a wonderful group of kids to work with that make me smile all day long. :)
